Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Provence At Home! Our aim is to keep our customers happy with their purchases and their experiences shopping with us.

We offer a refund or exchange (as you prefer) within the first 30 days of delivery of your purchase. Beyond 30 days from delivery, we will endeavour to refund or exchange products fairly in accordance with all relevant consumer protection laws. We ask for reasonable reassurance as to the reasons for the late return. 

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges and Refunds

If you need to exchange it for the same item, or you require a refund, send us an email at provenceaustralia@gmail.com. We will provide you with a postal address in Brisbane, Australia to which to return your goods.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days. If you are approved for an exchange, the new item will be sent by us within 14 days. Delivery times through the post will vary depending on your location in Australia.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at provenceaustralia@gmail.com.

Postage

  • We will provide our return address in Brisbane, Australia with your purchase.

  • If your refund or exchange is due to damaged or faulty goods, we will also pay for your postage costs to us. If however you are returning the goods for any other reason (eg a change of mind), we will not cover the postage costs to you. We ask that you please send goods via tracked postage.  In line with Australian law, the original charge for postage to you is non-refundable.

  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

  • We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
